Projects Completed or Ongoing
Projects undertaken over the past 5 years have varied from a small porch to a terrace house, various front, rear and side extensions (both single and two strey) through to larger Grand Design type projects which have completely changed the house from 3 bedroom to 7 bedroom / 5 ensuite.
The majority of the work completed in 2013 were the more traditional side and rear extensions (25K to 75K). These are where home owners want to improve their living or sleeping quarters for an expanding family or have simply looked at what it would cost to move to their desired home and have desided to extend.
Larger developments (75k - 200k) are also a specialty and many examples can be see below with Gravesend having the best examples.
Loft conversions and summer houses/out buildings have been just as popular but not always possible.
